Getting started
What is CBT-I?
Cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia is the first-line, clinically recommended treatment for chronic insomnia — recommended ahead of sleeping pills. Nodoff delivers that method as a guided, night-by-night program.
How does the program work?
Nodoff gives you one focus each night, in a deliberate order: foundations and sleep hygiene, then stimulus control and sleep scheduling, then relaxation and cognitive techniques. Complete a step to move to the next. You can also browse every module freely.
Apple Health
Why does Nodoff ask for Health access?
Nodoff reads your sleep (read-only) from Apple Health to show your trends and compute your personalized sleep window. It never writes to Health and reads no other category. The app works without it, but connecting Health unlocks your trends and window.
My "Last Night" card is empty.
That means no sleep has been recorded yet, or access hasn't been granted. Grant access in the Health app under Profile → Apps → Nodoff. Sleep is recorded automatically if you wear an Apple Watch to bed or use your iPhone's Sleep schedule.
Subscription & billing
How do I cancel?
Open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone, choose Nodoff, and follow Apple's cancellation steps. You keep access until the end of the current billing period.
Is there a free trial?
Where offered, yes — and the date billing starts is shown before you confirm. You can also explore the app for free with no card, and there's a one-time lifetime option if you'd rather not subscribe at all.
How do I restore a purchase?
In the app, open the paywall or Settings and tap Restore Purchases. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID.
Privacy & data
Your diary and progress stay on your device. We never sell your data or use it for advertising. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
A note on care
Nodoff is a coaching tool grounded in CBT-I. It is not medical advice or a substitute for professional care. If your insomnia is severe or long-standing, please talk to a clinician.
